Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 78jl platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 78jl.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the 78jl platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are published in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create and maintain an account on 78jl and participate in any gambling activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR for all online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a self-excluded player or a person listed on PAGCOR's exclusion registry at the time of registration.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 78jl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or regulatory authorities.

78jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts that are found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the payment method used, net of any bonus credits claimed.

Account Registration & Management

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one account on 78jl. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address used.

4.1 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update your details promptly in the event of any change. 78jl is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 78jl will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat. You must notify 78jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 78jl is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 78jl is required to verify your identity, age, and source of funds in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines. You must provide a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License) and any additional documentation 78jl may reasonably request.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

78jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay where available. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been used to make a prior deposit to your 78jl account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 78jl targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though actual timing may vary due to payment provider processing schedules.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Deposits made using a bonus offer must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• 78jl reserves the right to limit, delay, or withhold withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due diligence where there is reason to believe a withdrawal may involve proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player. 78jl currently does not charge its own withdrawal fee but reserves the right to introduce one with advance notice.
• 78jl reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if KYC is not completed within 7 days of the request.

Bonuses & Promotions

78jl offers promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, which form part of these Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are valid for one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• 78jl reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied using eligible games as specified in individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Players must not use bonus funds to hedge bets or place bets with minimal risk for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

78jl employs monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse, including bonus stacking, coordinated play among related accounts, and strategic withdrawal of bonus-linked funds. Where abuse is identified, 78jl reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account without prior notice.

Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on 78jl operate on certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or use live dealer formats streamed from licensed casino studios. Game outcomes are independent, random, and cannot be influenced by 78jl or by Players.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or game disruption that affects the integrity of a game round, 78jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. Bets placed during a technical error that results in incorrect odds or payout ratios being displayed will be voided at 78jl's discretion.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome or session result. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. Players should only wager funds they can afford to lose.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 78jl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, voiding of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Players who discover a bug must report it immediately to 78jl support and must not exploit it.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated betting, chip dumping, or any arrangement to gain a systematic advantage.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of stolen credit or debit card information or unauthorized GCash accounts.
• Money laundering or using the 78jl platform as a vehicle for the movement of funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended).
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or source of funds.

Anti-Money Laundering & KYC Compliance

78jl operates in full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended by Republic Acts 9194, 10167, 10365, and 11521) and PAGCOR's AML directives. As a covered entity, 78jl is legally obligated to conduct customer due diligence, report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and maintain records of all transactions.

By registering and using 78jl, you confirm that all funds deposited into your account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 78jl may request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction and may result in reporting to the AMLC.

Privacy & Data Protection

78jl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, fulfill KYC and AML obligations, and communicate with you about your account and promotions where you have consented to receive such communications.

78jl does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, with PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities upon lawful request, or with trusted service providers who process data on 78jl's behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.

Responsible Gaming

78jl is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational value, not merely a regulatory compliance item. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. 78jl provides the following tools to all Players to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set notifications to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account deactivation of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which login and gambling are not possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude their account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, 78jl will use reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from opening a new account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 78jl's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

78jl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits or opportunities; (c) losses arising from a Player's own gambling decisions; (d) losses caused by third-party payment provider delays or failures; or (e) interruptions to service caused by events beyond 78jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, power outages, or acts of government.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 78jl does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or loss of data at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 78jl platform — including but not limited to the 78jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 78jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 78jl content without prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of platform data is prohibited.

Account Suspension & Termination

78jl reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of criminal conduct.
• Involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Direction from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other competent authority.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to 78jl, provided no fraud or legal hold is in place. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination in all circumstances.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through 78jl's internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

Amendments to These Terms

78jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the 78jl platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 78jl will endeavour to provide notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

Your continued use of the 78jl platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 78jl support.
